If you had to come out to your parents as L.G.B.T. , (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, etc.), how would you do it? Through e-mail? A letter? Upfront in person? (etc.)

Do you know what transgender is without looking it up? What is it, and do you know anyone like this or vaguely similar to this? What is your relationship to this person?

Essential Question 3

Is there anything about you that you are afraid or ashamed (or anything else) of and won't tell your parents because you are afraid of their rejection? Yes, or no? Would you ever tell your parents what it is you don't want to tell them now?

Essential Question 4

If your child told you that they were transgender, what would you do? Kick them out of the house, or try to understand their feelings? (or anything else?)
